We’ve added a new page under Attendance called Today. It lists all participants attending any class on a given day. You can now track attendance from one page.
Recall that Activity Messenger allows parents to fill in waivers (i.e. COVID-19 daily screenings). In Attendance tracking, you can verify that a waiver was filled on a given day. Activity Messenger is smart enough to allow the other parent to fill in the waiver. It will try to match parent names and email addresses.
We made an improvement to the matching heuristic. We now lookup the child name too. Activity Messenger will find a match when either one of these conditions are true:
If case 1 is true, Activity Messenger will show a Yes indicating a match.
If none of these cases are true, Activity Messenger will show a No indicating no matches found.
If case 1 is false, yet either 2 or 3 are true, Activity Messenger will show a question mark (?) indicating a potential match. You can consult potentiel matched waivers to make the call.
