Forward SMS replies by email

Activity Messenger allows you to send and receive text messages. We allow to control how to handle incoming SMS messages.

Now you can get an email notification when someone replies to one of your text messages.

Recall then when you send a text message, recipients can always respond. On your dashboard we will notify you. You can click on the notification to drive to that message and take action.

SMS reply options

In addition to the in-app notifications, Activity Messenger can:

• Forward the message to the organization’s mobile phone
• Forward the message to the sender’s mobile phone
• Respond with an auto-reply message

Forward by email to administrators

And now, you can tell Activity Messenger to notify one or many administrators. They will receive an email with the message and a link to jump to Activity Messenger and respond to them.

Set up those options via the Messages and Settings menu.
