Managing time-sheets & time off requests shouldn’t be so time consuming. There should be less back in forth between employees and management and it shouldn’t fill up your inbox.

Here is how to simplify day-to-day employee management:

  • Create time-sheets and time off request forms
  • Drop them on you staff microsite (unique url and QR code)
  • Get notified by email or SMS every time an employee fills a form
  • Reduce back and forth emails with your staff

1- Create time-sheets and time off requests forms

Quickly get set up using our staff sample forms. From the Staff menu, click on Create a new form and choose from a sample to get started.

2- Create a microsite for your staff

Create a microsite for your staff and have all forms be filled out in one place. With a unique url and QR code, give access to your employees for any type of form you want them to fill out. Add a password to pages that are not available to everyone.

This is ideal to collect:

  • Employee Contracts
  • Time off requests
  • Time-sheets
  • Payroll information

3- Get notified by Email or SMS when an employee fills a form

Get notified every time an employee fills out a form to help you stay on top of things. Select which admin staff you want to receive the notification for any given form.

4- Create a Check-in/Check-out form

Allow employees or volunteers to clock in and out using their own smartphone as they scan a QR code. The information is then saved automatically and calculates their total hours for each shift.

Get started in a less than 3 minutes

No joke… 3 minutes. We created a sample staff microsite that you can easily duplicate in your account at the click of a button. This will create the sample forms. Only thing left is to modify the microsite and adjust the forms to your liking. Watch this 3-minute tutorial video to get started!
