Over time the number of lists, forms and templates grows. You may find it difficult to locate a particular list. It’s time to step back and organize things. That’s where tags can help. They allow you to classify lists, forms and templates in Activity Messenger.
We recommend tagging items using two common dimensions: time and type of activity. If you’re a sports organization, this translates to seasons and sports.
For example Soccer World uses tags « 2020 Fall », « 2021 Winter » and tags « Soccer », « Flag » and « Golf ».
You can also tag lists for other users. For example if you have instructors using Activity Messenger, it may be a good idea to tag the lists they should be using. When they send a message, they will be able to quickly spot the proper class roster.
