Swimming For Life: Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in classes or using the facilities provided by Swimming For Life, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Registration and Enrollment

a. Prior registration is mandatory for participation in any swimming classes or programs offered by Swimming For Life.

b. Class enrollment is subject to availability and may require payment of applicable fees.

c. Each participant must pay an annual registration fee, which is non-refundable.

3. Payment

a. Full payment for classes must be made prior to the commencement of the session, unless otherwise specified through payment plans or installments.

b. Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Attendance and Cancellation Policy

a. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes without fail.

b. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class in order to qualify for a makeup class opportunity.

c. If Suit Up: Swimming For Life must cancel a lesson you will be granted a make up lesson.

5. Safety and Liability

a. Suit Up: Swimming For Life LLC prioritizes safety and will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the well-being of students.

b. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children outside of scheduled class times. Any other child not enrolled in the program must be supervised and non-disruptive during the duration of the lesson.

c. The liability waiver must be signed prior to your first day of lessons.

6. Conduct

a. Respectful behavior is expected from all students, parents, and guardians during lessons with any Suit Up: Swimming For Life LLC coach.

b. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from classes without refund.

7. Photography and Videography

a. Suit Up: Swimming For Life LLC may occasionally photograph or record classes for promotional purposes.

b. By enrolling in classes, you consent to the use of such media for promotional purposes.

c. Media Release must be signed prior to first day of lessons.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

a. Suit Up: Swimming For Life LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

b. Notice of changes will be provided to enrolled students and posted on the website.
