How do I get to Sport Manitoba Performance?
We are located on L3 of the Sport Manitoba building. When you enter the main entrance on Pacific Ave, go past reception to the elevators and push button "L3". The doors will open on our floor. Turn right, walk to the end of the hall and go through the double doors on your left. There will be a carpet on your left hand side, leave your outdoor footwear there and enter the double doors just past the carpet. You are now at Sport Manitoba Performance!
What do I need for my training session?
Athletic clothes that are comfortable to move in, athletic runners, water bottle
Should I register using the 'Athlete Registration' or 'PSO Athlete Registration'?
You should only register using the 'PSO Athlete Registration' if you are a registered athlete within a Provincial Sport Organization, or, an athlete selected to compete in an upcoming Canada Games. All other athletes should use the 'Athlete Registration'.
When registering, what is the difference between Account Owner and Participant / Athlete
If you are a parent registering your child, input the parent information in the 'Account Owner' section, then input your child (athlete) information in the 'Participant/Athlete' section. This will ensure the registration is linked to your child's name and email address.
If you are registering yourself, input your own information within the 'Account Owner' and 'Participant/Athlete' sections.
My provincial team coach said our team can book training sessions for free, how do I sign up for a free session?
This means your Provincial Sport Organization is funding your training sessions. To sign up for free sessions, ensure you registered using the 'PSO Athlete Registration' and that this registration was approved by Sport Manitoba Performance. Next, complete the relevant Athlete Affiliation Declaration form which can be found by navigating to the PSO Athlete Affiliation Declaration page in the menu to your left. Once your affiliation declaration is approved by Sport Manitoba Performance, coupons will be activated within your account. you will then be able to book a session and use your coupons as your method of payment.
I have coupons linked to my account but it will not let me use them to book a session?
Coupons expire, ensure they are still valid. If your coupons have not expired but are not working, please call Sport Manitoba Performance.
I used a coupon to book a session, but I can no longer attend the session, can I get my coupon back?
If you cancel your booking 24 hours prior to the session, your coupon will return to your account to be used for a future session. Exceptions are subject to approval by Sport Manitoba Performance staff.
How do I cancel my training session?
Access 'My Account' from the home page. Once you are in your account, click on 'Classes/events' then click the green 'Upcoming' text to open the dropdown menu of sessions you are registered for. To cancel, click the three dots under the 'Action' dropdown menu and select 'cancel'.
