Is payment required to sign-up for an audition for this year's Bootcamp?

No, we do not require the deposit or payment when a student is signing-up to audition for the Bootcamp. Once we have completed the auditions and selected this year's Bootcamp participants they will be sent a registration link which will capture payment information.

What is the payment schedule for summer camps?

Minimum of 20% of payment is due upon registration, payment in full is available upon registration. The remaining balance is due at the start of the camp season (July 7, 2025) Payments can be made at any time by signing into your account. I am applying for bursary support for Summer Camps, can I still register my student now?

Yes. If you would like to apply for bursary support you can still register your student now for Summer Camps, simply complete the form and then at the end select Interac E-transfer as the payment method. This will register your student without requiring the 20% deposit.

You will get an email reminder about submitting an e-transfer but no payment information will be collected and no auto-charging will occur. Once the bursary committee has made their decisions the applicable credit will be applied to your invoice. 

Even if you have already saved a credit card for a previous invoice it will not be auto-charged if E-transfer is selected as the payment settings go invoice by invoice, not blanket applied to the account holder.

What is the deadline for applying for bursary support for 2025 Summer Camps?

Applications for Bursary support can be submitted from the time Summer Camp registration opens (April 14) until two weeks before the start of Summer Camps (June 23). The Bursary Application form can be found here.We recommend getting your application in as early as possible.

Should I be registering my student for a camp for the grade they have completed or the grade they are entering in Fall 2025?
