These listings will be updated as additional opportunities or adjustment to the schedule occur. These will also be emailed out in advance of their occurrence.

Term One September 15 to December 13

October 24 - Wendy Woodland Concert Rehearsal 6:30 PM-830 PM

Affected groups: Moonbeams, Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, Senior Company

Friday's rehearsal will be at 110 Humber Road from 6:30-8:30, this will give us an opportunity to run through everything will all the students. All students can be dropped off at 110 Humber Road for the rehearsal. 

October 25 - Wendy Woodland Concert 2:30 PM & 7:30 PM

Call time 2:00 PM for 2:30 PM show

Call time 7:00 PM for 7:30 PM show

Affected groups: Moonbeams, Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, Senior Company

Students are welcome to bring a quiet activity for the periods of downtime they have between their numbers. 

Moonbeams should be dropped off at the student door of 110 Humber Road, Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, and Senior Company should arrive to Immaculate Heart of Mary School and check in with their chaperone and faculty.

Students should wear all black with no logos. If you have trouble finding items for your student please feel free to connect with us.

November 11 - Remembrance Day, No group programming or lessons

Affected groups: All group programs and studios

December 7 Hot Chocolate Social and Carol Sing 12:30-1:30

Open to all GA students, family, friends, and community members

December 7 Coleman's Pop-up Performance

Affected groups: Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble

Students should arrive at Colemans at the Gardens (137 O'Connell) for 2 PM and meet at the Blue Bins in the Parking Lot

December 8/9 Starlights in class Showcase

Affected groups: Starlights

Families are invited to arrive at 4 PM on their students class day through the student door and wait downstairs for a member of faculty.

December 12 Winter Choral Concert

Affected groups: Moonbeams, Silvern Voices, The Chorale

Moonbeams rehearsal at Corner Brook United (19 Park St) 4:30 PM

Moonbeams showtime drop-off time 7 PM, for 7:30 pm show, students should wear a fun festive outfit for the performance.

December 13 Studio Recital 6:30/8:00 PM

6:30 PM Jennifer Billard Studio

8:00 PM Ian Locke & Alison Clarke Studio

Tickets for this recital are pay what you can, but we do require you to book in advance so we can insure enough seating for each recital. Students who are performing in the recital do not need to purchase a ticket. Tickets for the recital can be purchased here

December 7-13 Final week of programming before Winter break

March 1 -7 Camber Arts Community Musical (technical rehearsals and shows)

Affected groups: Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, Senior Company, Senior & Junior Broadway Choreography

March 14-21 Rotary Music Festival

Affected groups: TBD, programming schedule may be adjusted to accommodate music festival participation

April 3 Good Friday, No programming or lessons

Affected groups: All group programs and studios

April 6 Easter Monday, No programming or lessons

Term Three April 5 to June 13

May 24-30 Spring Musicals: 101 Dalmatians & Bye Bye Birdie (technical rehearsals and shows)

Affected groups: Moonbeams, Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, Junior Broadway Choreography, other groups and studios may receive an adjustment to their schedule

May 30- June 6 Spring Musical: Chicago (technical rehearsals and shows)
