These listings will be updated as additional opportunities or adjustment to the schedule occur. These will also be emailed out in advance of their occurrence.

Term Two January 12 to April 4

January 12 - Classes Resume

Included groups: All group programs and studios

February 23 - Carnival Day - No Regular programming Rehearsal for The Prom proceeding as scheduled below

Monday, February 23

4:30 - 7:30: Run Through - 110 Humber Road

Called: Adult Company, Teen Ensemble, Youth Ensemble, Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble

8:00 - 9:30: Group Sing With Band (at Corner Brook Regional High School - music room) 

Called: Adult Company, Teen Ensemble, & Youth Ensemble

Excused: Showstoppers and Junior Ensemble

Included groups: All group programs and studios may have adjusted schedules this day

March 1 -7 Camber Arts Community Musical (technical rehearsals and shows)

The Prom Rehearsal Schedule Feb 16-March 7

Included groups: Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, Senior Company, Senior Broadway Choreography

Other groups and studios may receive an adjustment to their schedule

March 14-21 Rotary Music Festival

Included groups: Starlights (both Monday & Tuesday) and Moonbeams, please see their festival performance schedule below, drop off times and details will be emailed to parents.

Wednesday March 18 - 9:00 AM Corner Brook ACC Moonbeams 

Wednesday March 18 - 9:30 AM Corner Brook ACC Starlights (Monday and Tuesday groups)

Group program and studio lesson schedule may be adjusted to accommodate music festival participation

April 2 No Jennifer Lessons

Affected groups: Jennifer Billard Studio

April 3 Good Friday, No programming or lessons

Affected groups: All group programs and studios

April 6 -10 Easter Break no group programming

Affected groups: All group programs

Senior Company may have some additional rehearsals for Chicago during this week. Details to be sent directly to these students.

Some studio lessons may proceed at the instructors discretion.

Term Three April 13 to June 13

April 13 - Programming Resumes

All programming and lessons will resume this week following their regular schedule.

April 17-18 - Showstoppers Sleepover Intensive

Further details and schedule to be sent directly to families.

May 1-2 - Junior Ensemble Sleepover Intensive

Further details and schedule to be sent directly to families

May 8 - Spring Choral Show

Included groups: Moonbeams, The Chorale

May 11 - Final Senior Broadway Choreo Regular class

May 11 will the final regular class for Senior Broadway Choreo, however additional rehearsals will be scheduled outside their regular class time to prepare students for their participation Chicago. These students will be required at their additional rehearsals as well as their technical rehearsals and shows at the ACC. Additional details will be sent directly to families

May 18 - Victoria Day No classes or Lessons

Included Groups: All Groups programs and studios

May 21 - Final Junior Broadway Choreo Regular Class

May 21 will the final regular class for Junior Broadway Choreo. These students will be required at their technical rehearsals and shows at the ACC. Additional details will be sent directly to families

May 22 & 23 - Senior Company Sleepover Rehearsal Intensive

Further details and schedule to be sent directly to families

May 25 & 26 - Starlights final Classes

Starlights will have their final group classes on their respective weekdays at their regular time. This will be a final chance to rehearse before performing at the ACC on Saturday May 30.

May 24-30 Spring Musicals: 101 Dalmatians & Bye Bye Birdie (technical rehearsals and shows)

Included groups: Moonbeams, Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, Junior Broadway Choreography, Starlights 

Full technical rehearsal and show schedule to be sent to parents, these groups will not have their regular class times during this week.

Starlights will only be performing and required at the Saturday matinee show, details to be sent to parents.

Other groups and studios may receive an adjustment to their schedule

May 30- June 6 Spring Musical: Chicago (technical rehearsals and shows)

Included groups:  Senior Company. Senior Broadway Choreography, 

Full technical rehearsal and show schedule to be sent to parents, these groups will not have their regular class times during this week.

Other groups and studios may receive an adjustment to their schedule

June 3 - Moonbeams final Class

Moonbeams will have their final group class following the below schedule on Wednesday June 3

Moonbeams 3:30-4:30

June 4 - Broadcast Breakthrough

Broadcast will have their final class for the year at their regular time on Thursday June 4

June 8 Final class day for Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, Senior Company

Showstoppers, Junior Ensemble, and Senior Company will each have a final one hour class on Monday June 8 following the below schedule

Showstoppers 4-5

Junior Ensemble 5-6

Senior Company 6-7 

June 14 - Studio Spring Recitals

Affected groups: All studios, Silvern Voices

June 15 - Graham Academy Year-End Gathering

This event is a casual gathering for students and families to come together and celebrate an incredible year together. More details to be sent closer to.
