How do I contact the presenter?

You can reach us directly by emailing boxoffice@camberarts.ca or by phone at (709)638-1956, Monday to Thursday 11 am - 4 pm

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If possible, we will transfer the purchased tickets to another performance date of the same show. Purchased tickets may also be transferred to another person by emailing boxoffice@camberarts.ca.

Can tickets be purchased over the phone?

Yes tickets may be purchased over the phone by calling at (709)638-1956. If we cannot take your call, please leave us a message. You can also email us at boxoffice@camberarts.ca and leave your phone number, and we will call you back to arrange ticket sales.

Will tickets be available at the door?

If there are tickets remaining, they will be available at the door, but we encourage you to purchase in advance to ensure you have your tickets.

Are your venues wheelchair accessible?

Our venue, 110 Humber Road, has an elevator. Please reach out to us ahead of the event at this venue, and we will ensure there is a staff member to assist you. Other venues used throughout the season may or may not have wheelchair access; feel free to contact us with any specific venue questions.
