Terms and conditions


1. Registration and Enrollment

Participants must complete the official registration form and provide accurate personal information.

Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment (as required by the program).

The program reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.

2. Fees and Payment

All training fees must be paid before the first session unless a payment plan is approved.

Fees are non‑refundable except under circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.

Late payments may result in suspension from training until the balance is cleared.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only provided for medical reasons with a doctor’s note or if the program cancels a session.

Missed classes due to personal reasons (travel, schedule conflicts, etc.) are not refundable.

Make‑up classes may be offered at the program’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend sessions regularly.

Repeated absences may affect skill progression and placement in groups.

5. Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and other participants is mandatory.

Bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in disciplinary action or removal from the program.

Participants must follow all instructions from coaches for safety and training quality.

6. Safety and Liability

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to joining.

The program is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or unsafe behavior.

Parents/guardians acknowledge that basketball/badminton involves physical activity and accept associated risks.

7. Equipment and Attire

Participants must wear appropriate sports attire and non‑marking indoor shoes.

Personal equipment (rackets, balls, protective gear) should be brought unless otherwise provided.

The program is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Facility Rules

All participants must follow the rules of the training venue.

Food and drinks (except water) may be restricted in certain areas.

Damage to facility property caused by negligence may result in charges.

9. Photography and Media Consent

The program may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

Participants or parents may opt out by providing written notice before the program begins.

10. Weather or Emergency Cancellations

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled or moved indoors depending on availability.

In case of emergencies or facility closures, updates will be communicated via email or messaging groups.

11. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities (for minors)

Parents must ensure timely drop‑off and pick‑up.

Parents are not permitted to interfere with coaching unless invited.

Observing sessions may be restricted depending on facility rules.

12. Agreement

By registering for the training program, participants (or parents/guardians) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
