Parent Commitment Agreement & Commitment Bond 2025-2026

Parents and guardians play an important role in helping to maintain and run the Polarettes and Polar Tumblers Gymnastics Club. Parent involvement in the activities of the club also increases the overall understanding of the club’s operations and the needs and expectations of each gymnast.

Each family will provide a Commitment Bond in the form of a cash payment at the beginning of the competitive gymnastics season. The Commitment Bond will be proportional to the family’s parent commitment hours, valued at $50.00 per hour.

If the parents are not able to fulfill their parent commitment by the end of the competitive gymnastics season, the unfulfilled commitment hours will be deemed to be valued at a rate of $50.00 per hour. The Club will provide a refund of the Commitment Bond to the parents, less the cash equivalent of the unfulfilled parent hours.

Parents are responsible for entering the completed commitment hours in the Parent Participation Binder at the gym and have it initiated by the Head Coach, supervising Board member or staff member.
