Regular schedule for fall, winter, and spring sessions (dates to come)

Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM: Adults and teenagers 13 years and older, white to black belts

Wednesday and Friday 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM: Children ages 9 to 12, white to purple belts

Saturday 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM: Children ages 5 to 8, white to orange belts

Saturday 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM: Parent-child class for ages 5 to 8, white to orange belts

Affiliation 

KTSG is recognized by the Shotokan Karate Association (AKS) in Quebec and by the Japan Karate Shotorenmei (JKS) in Japan.

Each participant must be affiliated with the AKS. The affiliation is valid for one year and grants access to the following benefits: accident insurance, sports passport, training camps and seminars with Japanese masters, competitions, grading examinations, etc. 

Uniform

The white uniform is mandatory (see instructors at the beginning of the session for more information). For the first class, you may wear sportswear.
