Vélo Québec - _Toutes à vélo | Montréal et Montérégie

Please fill out this form to participate in the Toutes à vélo program in Montreal and the Montérégie region in spring 2026.

Registration for Toutes à vélo is reserved for adult women and gender-diverse individuals participating for the first time.

The program is offered in two parts, designed to address the following barriers: "I don't know how to ride a bike (Part 1)" and "I know how to ride, but I don't feel confident enough to go on the street (Part 2)." These two parts are offered simultaneously to allow participants to move between groups and respect each individual's pace.

IMPORTANT:

To register, you must be available for all sessions scheduled for your chosen course.
The drop-in childcare service (for children aged 2 and up) is only available in the afternoons on weekends and for the second hour during the week (from 7 pm to 8 pm). If you wish to use the service, it is therefore important to choose group B regardless of the neighborhood.
