I acknowledge that I received the Employee Manual. I acknowledge having access to confidential documents, in particular to the videos used for my training. I acknowledge that the Manual, its content and its modifications as well as the website, the videos and all other documents that have been given to me and/or to which I have had access, are the property of ABC Gymnastics Club and must remain confidential as defined in my contract(s) with ABC Gymnastics Club.

I therefore undertake to:

• Do not copy any part of the Manual, videos and documents;
• Do not allow anyone else to copy or read the contents of the Coach Manual, or provide access to videos or materials;

In addition, I agree to return the Manual when my contract with ABC Gymnastics Club is terminated and/or any other document given to me as part of my duties at ABC Gymnastics Club
