Terms and Conditions
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the music summer camp involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and exposure to communicable diseases. I acknowledge that the YouTube Superstar Songwriting Camp has taken reasonable precautions to mitigate such risks, but I still assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur during my child's participation in the camp.
Medical Authorization: I authorize YouTube Superstar Songwriting Camp staff and volunteers to seek emergency medical treatment for my child in the event of an injury or illness during the camp. I also consent to the administration of medication and any necessary medical procedures deemed appropriate by qualified medical personnel.
Release of Liability: I release, waive, and discharge YouTube Superstar Songwriting Camp, its directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my child's participation in the music summer camp, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
Photography and Video Release: I grant YouTube Superstar Songwriting Camp permission to take photographs and videos of my child during the camp activities. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not consent to the above, an email to our administrator must be received at support@classicstudios.ca
Code of Conduct: I agree that my child will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by YouTube Superstar Songwriting Camp during the music summer camp. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my child's dismissal from the camp without refund.
Payment and Refund Policy: We will give a full refund for cancellations received 30+ days before your first day of camp. We will subtract a 50 dollar admin fee.
We will refund 50 percent of the fee if you cancel 14-29 days before camp. We will substract a $50 admin fee.
Cancellation received 13 or fewer days before your 1st day of camp = No refund.
I have carefully read and understand the terms of this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its provisions.
Camp must have a minimum of 4 participants in each given session. If camp does not hit a minimum of five participants before the 1st week of starting, camp will be canceled. Campers will be given a full refund in such a case.
