Royal Wave Learning Inc. - Outdoor Basketball & Badminton & Multi-Sport Camp 2026 Registration Form

Join us at Edgewood Park Outdoor Basketball Court (2284 165 St, Surrey) for a fun weekday basketball camp! From 8:30–11:30 AM, kids ages 5–14 will build skills, boost confidence, and stay active through basketball, badminton, soccer, and fitness games.

Each day includes 1.5 hours of focused basketball training, followed by multi‑sport activities and fun team games in a supportive outdoor environment.

Daily Schedule

8:30–9:00 – Sign‑in & Warm‑up

9:00–10:30 – Basketball Training

10:30–11:15 – Games & Multi‑Sports

11:15–11:30 – Cool‑down & Sign‑off

Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Royal Wave Learning Inc.’s Multi‑Sport Summer Camp involves physical activity, including basketball, badminton, soccer, conditioning, and general athletic training. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks of injury.

By registering, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation and release Royal Wave Learning Inc., its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence.

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. I authorize staff to provide basic first aid and to seek emergency medical care if needed, with all related costs being my responsibility.

I understand that Royal Wave Learning Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted at least 1 week before the start of the registered camp. All approved cancellations will receive a credit only, minus a $50 processing fee. Credits are non‑transferable and must be used for future Royal Wave Learning Inc. programs. Cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date are not eligible for credit.

I give permission for Royal Wave Learning Inc. to take photos and videos of my child during camp activities. I understand that these images may be used for program documentation, social media, and promotional materials.

I acknowledge that no names or personal information will be shared without additional consent. If I do not wish for my child to appear in photos or videos, I will indicate this in the registration form.
