TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Registration and Payments
Registration for a Donna Academy program is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
Registration fees cover only the services described in the program (training sessions, coaching, facilities, etc.). Any additional services may be subject to extra fees.
Registration fees and registrations are neither transferable nor assignable to another person or to another program.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing to Donna Academy at the following email address: academy@resdonnaroma.com.
No refunds will be issued for:
sessions missed by the participant for personal reasons (illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, vacation, etc.);
expulsion or withdrawal from the program due to failure to comply with the code of conduct.
In the event of a cancellation after the start of the program, you will be required to pay the following two amounts:
the cost of the classes already attended;
a penalty provided for by law. This penalty corresponds to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the price of the classes not attended.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the same method of payment as that used at the time of registration, within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, other participants, officials, and facilities.
Any form of violence, intimidation, harassment, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
The Academy reserves the right to immediately suspend or expel any participant whose behavior is deemed unacceptable, without refund.
4. Health, Safety, and Liability Disclaimer
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks of injury. By registering, the parent, legal guardian, or adult participant acknowledges and accepts these risks.
Donna Academy and the Montreal Roses, its directors, coaches, employees, and volunteers cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages occurring during activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The Academy is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged at activity sites.
It is recommended that each participant be covered by adequate medical and/or sports insurance.
5. Image Rights and Media Use
By registering for a Donna Academy program, the parent, legal guardian, or adult participant authorizes the Academy to take and use photographs and/or videos of the participant taken during activities.
These images and videos may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes (website, social media, promotional materials, reports, etc.) without financial compensation.
This authorization is valid for an indefinite period, unless written notice to the contrary is provided to the Academy.
