Cancellation and Modification Policy

Course or Event Reservations

A course or event reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received.

A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is validated.

If you need to cancel OR make changes to an order you have just placed, please contact customer service as soon as possible by email at info@sportheque.com or complete the following form: https://activitymessenger.com/p/z8TunG5, making sure to include your order number and the cancellations and/or modifications you wish to request. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation by the Client

Before the course start date:
Cancellation without fees and full refund or applicable credit.

After the course has begun:
Refund provided that fees for services already rendered are paid, plus a 10% charge of the value of the remaining classes.

Cancellation or Modification by Espace Hygie

If Espace Hygie must cancel (weather conditions, technical issues, insufficient enrollment, etc.):

A full refund or a free postponement will be offered.

Participants will be notified by email or phone as soon as possible.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of my registration and participation in the activities, programs, and events offered or sponsored by Espace Hygie, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Acting on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, legal representatives, successors, and any other person who may act on my behalf, I waive, release, and discharge Espace Hygie, its directors, employees, representatives, and any person acting for or on its behalf, from all liability for any injury, illness, death, loss, or property damage, of any kind, arising directly or indirectly from my participation in these activities.

This waiver applies to any claim, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including those resulting from negligence or breach of a legal duty, including those outlined in the Occupiers’ Liability Act.

I also acknowledge that Espace Hygie cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, unauthorized use, or damage to personal belongings that I bring onto its premises or to its activities.

I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force.

Use and Privacy Policy

I understand the terms and conditions of use and the privacy policy, including the collection of personal information necessary for registration and billing.
