Declaration of Compliance

All clubs participating in the KGTC TG Invitational event must comply with the protocols set for this event as these rules and regulations are designed for the safety and protection of all participants.

GymBC requires its participating clubs to complete the Declaration of Compliance Form confirming that all club participants (athletes and coaches) have completed GymBC’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement. By signing this document, you are also ensuring that your club has attained a media release form for all participating athletes, coaches and/or members at your club that may appear on camera during the competition, and giving GymBC and Kamloops Gymnastics | Trampoline Centre permission to post media to social media channels and websites during and after the competition. Participating clubs that do not adhere to, or are unable to agree to the terms outlined in this document are not permitted to participate in the KGTC TG Invitational event.

As a participating gymnastics Club, we will retain documentation proving that each individual competitor has completed GymBC’s Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement and a Media Release Form prior to competing.
