Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of my registration and participation in the activities, programs, and events offered or sponsored by the Sporthèque, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Acting on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, legal representatives, assigns, and any other person who may act on my behalf, I waive, release, and discharge the Sporthèque as well as its officers, employees, representatives, and anyone acting for or on its behalf from any liability for injury, illness, death, loss or damage to property of any kind arising directly or indirectly from my participation in these activities.
This waiver applies to any claims whether foreseeable or unforeseeable including those resulting from negligence or breach of a legal obligation including those provided under the Occupier's Liability Act.
I also acknowledge that the Sporthèque cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, unauthorized use or damage to personal belongings that I may bring onto its premises or activities.
I understand that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court this decision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions which shall continue in full force and effect.
Free Play Regulations
Access and Eligibility
- Access to drop-in is reserved for persons aged 14 years and older.
- To access drop-in:
- Hold a membership including squash (e.g., TOTAL , PRESTIGE , etc.);
- Or pay a access fee
Reservation and Cancellation
- Access to the drop-in is by reservation only up to 7 days in advance.
- Any cancellation must be made at least two (2) hours before the start of the class. A late cancellation will result in loss of session or access restrictions.
