Accommodation Reservations

Rooms will be booked by GymBC. Please fill out the form below to send in how many rooms you will need along with which attendees will room together.

Approximately 1 month prior to the event, each attendee/club will receive an invoice for their accommodation(s). Cancellations will not be available after invoices are sent.

Room Rate:

Lodge Standard – $125 per night (two twin beds)

Lodge Moderate Standard can only accommodate 2 people. Rates are in Canadian dollars exclusive of applicable taxes (GST 5%, PST 8%, MRDT 3%).
