Hello. By registering to the conference via this link, you are expected to attend in person at the National Gallery of Canada, in the Auditorium Room, on Monday, October 20th.
The event will run as follows:
- 12:00 to 12:45 p.m.: fair and networking
- 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.: conference
A general admission ticket will be emailed to you, and you must present it upon arrival at the museum. As seating is limited, please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. We will cancel your ticket and make it available for other colleagues. You can contact us at rsvpinvitationsdi@pch.gc.ca.
Also, this ticket is valid only for you and does not include space for companions. Without a ticket, your companions will be denied access.
On-site, simultaneous interpretation will be available, as well as American Sign Language interpretation (ASL). The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Parking is accessible via Sussex Street, and you are responsible for paying the parking fee.
Please access the museum via the Group Entrance on Sussex Street, near the parking entrance.
Please note that the museum will be closed and therefore, museum facilities will not be accessible.
