• Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booths are 20$ for a day or 30$ for two days (must be the same product both days).
• Each paid booth is 12 ft. × 12 ft. and does not include any services such as electricity or water.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, and tent/shelter, including proper anchoring. The market is held in an open field, and windy conditions are possible.
• To maintain a balanced variety of products, organizers reserve the right to limit the number of vendors offering the same or similar products. If the maximum number of vendors for your product category has already been reached, you will be notified by email and your registration fee will be refunded.
• Food and beverage vendors must have completed the NB Food Safety course or an equivalent certification. Vendors who cannot provide a photo or copy of their certificate will be notified by the organizers and their registration fee will be refunded.
• All products must comply with the market's Approved Product List. If your products do not meet these requirements, you will be notified by email and your registration fee will be refunded.
• Set up time is 7:30 a.m. and must be ready 15 minutes before market starts.  You must not tear down before market ends.
• Vehicles are not allowed in the market other than to drop off your equipment and to pick up after the market.  You must go park your vehicle  in the main parking before setting up your booth, no exceptions.
• There will be no overnight security on the grounds. You are responsible for your merchandise, products and equipment should you decide to leave them on your designated spot. 
• There is no WIFI available. 
• On market day, organizers reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to any vendor who does not comply with the required documentation, equipment, safety requirements, or market guidelines. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. Only thunder, lightning or extreme weather conditions will close the event.
