General Policies

• No Shoes Policy: Shoes are not permitted inside our space. All guests, including children and adults, must wear socks at all times.
• Event Supplies: We do not provide napkins, plates, cups, or cutlery for your event. Please ensure you bring your own.
• Bounce House: A bounce house is available as an add-on and is not included in the basic rental package. Outside Bounce Houses or other equipment/toys are NOT allowed.
• Alcohol: Liquor is strictly prohibited. If alcohol is served, the event will be terminated immediately without refund.
• Face Paint: Face paint is not allowed in order to protect our play equipment.
• Craft Stations: Paint and markets are NOT permitted for craft activities. If you want to have a craft station, only crayons are permitted. Any other form of art will not be accepted.
• Confetti: Confetti is not permitted, including balloons that contain confetti.
• Wall Decor: Only green painter’s tape may be used to hang decorations. Any wall damage will incur a fee.
• Ball Pit Policy: All balls must be returned to the ball pit by the end of the event. We also don't allow decor and/or balloons in the ball pit, as it can pose as a choking hazard if the decor falls or balloons pop. This policy will be strictly enforced by staff on the day of the event.
• Electrical Appliances: High-powered plug-in appliances (e.g., slow cookers, coffee urns) are not allowed due to the risk of electrical overload and power failure.
• Cafe Access: The café remains closed during private events unless the coffee bar is booked in advance with a minimum spend.
• Tables: We provide tables for your food set up. These are grey folding tables, so you are encouraged to bring your own table cloths.

Cleaning & Waste Policy

• All garbage and recycling must be placed inside the designated bins — not beside them.
• All decor must be removed at the end of your event. Please do not dispose of unwanted decor in our bins.
• No food or drink is permitted in the ball pit

Guest Capacity & Age Restrictions

• The standard event package includes up to 20 children. All children over 6 months of age are counted toward this total.
• Our venue has a maximum capacity of 60 people, including adults, children, vendors, and staff. This is a fire safety requirement and must be strictly followed. If your event exceeds the maximum capacity, additional guests will be stopped at the door and will not be permitted to enter the venue.
• Only children aged 8 years and under are allowed in the play areas.
• Every guest will require a waiver. 
   

Rental Period

• Host is provided an additional 30-minutes before the event time for setup only.
• All guests must vacate the building by the scheduled end time of your event.
• Host is provided an additional 10-minute after the event end time for cleanup only.

Waivers & Liability

• A signed waiver is required for each child attending the party.
• Participation in any activities constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all associated risks.

Refund, Cancellation & Fee Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.
• If you cancel at least two (2) weeks before your event:
  • You may reschedule once within one (1) year, subject to availability.
