C2C: Coach to Coach

Mentorship Pilot Program

Gymnastics Canada is pleased to support a new coach mentorship initiative to support the growth and development of coaches in our sport. This can be at any level of gymnastics, across all disciplines.

We are now accepting applications for Mentor Coaches who want to share their knowledge, skills and experiences to help other coaches develop and grow.

Commitment:

Be available to virtually attend the NCCP Mentorship Module
Provide a minimum of four 1-on-1 sessions with your Mentee

Gymnastics Canada will cover the cost of your registration for the NCCP Mentorship Module. An honorarium will be provided to Mentors who are accepted into the program.
