November 1/25 - May 1/26 - Full refund minus $25 withdrawal fee

May 2 - May 28 - Full refund, with a medical note, minus $50 withdrawal fee. No refund without a medical note.

No shows and on-site scratches will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the competition within 1 month.
