Game Speed Training Camp 2026


This program is for all athletes who want to improve all aspects of speed, agility and power to help  improve their on-field, on-court or on-ice performance. The program runs for 6 weeks from July 20th to August 27th, 2026.

Our program consists of:

  • Speed, Agility and Power development for team sports including:
    • Speed - acceleration and max velocity.
    • Agility - change of direction, agility and reaction time.  This includes deceleration, cutting, acceleration in multiple directions in controlled and uncontrolled environments.
    • Power - single leg, double leg, rotational.
  • Strength and mobility training to support athletic skills and minimize injury risk..
  • Initial assessment to determine speed and jump profiles for each athlete and a final assessment to chart progress and future programming progressions.
  • Video analysis of sprinting, jumping and agility drills to improve technique throughout the program.
