PURCHASE POLICY
Le Centre culturel francophone de Vancouver (CCFV) aims to provide you with a safe, simple, efficient, and pleasant shopping experience.
CURRENCY
All prices indicated are expressed in Canadian dollars.
PAYMENT METHODS
The CCFV accepts payments made by debit card, credit card (Visa and MasterCard), by check, and in cash.
Payment can be made online, in person, or by phone.
Online transactions are conducted through our website www.lecentreculturel.com.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email including your ticket(s) after completing your purchase in person, by phone, or online. If you do not receive it or encounter an error message, we invite you to contact us to verify if your order has been processed successfully.
TICKET COLLECTION
No paper tickets will be sent to you. You will receive an electronic copy via email following your purchase online, in person, or by phone. You can print the electronic ticket or save it on your smartphone. On the day of the event, you may also be asked to present identification.
EXCHANGE, REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of a show by the CCFV, tickets will be refunded to you.
If there is a change in schedule or venue, the CCFV will do its best to keep purchasers informed of changes or errors. However, it is the purchaser's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided on their confirmation or ticket before the event. Thus, the CCFV will not grant any refunds or exchanges in case of printing errors or changes in schedule and/or location.
LATE ARRIVAL
15 minutes after the scheduled start time of the concert, entry is no longer guaranteed. Entry is at the discretion of the CCFV team.
The box office as well as ticket collection for purchased tickets closes 15 minutes after the announced start time of the show.
PRIVACY POLICY
The CCFV is committed to ensuring that transmitted information is protected and that your privacy is respected.
For purchasing tickets and memberships, the CCFV requires you to voluntarily provide your contact details. The data collected is used to process your orders, to communicate with you, and with your permission, to send you information about the CCFV and its services. You always have the option to request not to receive further information from the CCFV.
The CCFV does not market its user lists, nor does it share your personal information with third parties. Except for Activity Messenger, the software for managing the database, ticketing, and memberships of the CCFV. The information shared between the CCFV and Activity Messenger is only used for proper functioning of ticketing and memberships. The shared information includes: first name, last name, email address. For our members who have subscribed to a membership, additional information provided during their membership sign-up is included: membership date and type, and member number.
