Camp Refund/Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days notice
  • Credit of 100% to account for use in the future or 90% refund
• 12+ hours notice
  • Switch to a different day of camp
• Less than 12 hours notice
  • No refund or change of days

Extended Hours Policy

• Extended hours are from 7:45am-8:30am and 4:00pm-5:15pm (for Spring break and Summer break camps only, NO extended hours after camp on Pro-D Camps).
• Extended hours are included in in the price of camp. 
• No coach will be present before 7:45am. No drop off prior to 7:45am.
• A $10 CHARGE per child will occur for every 15 minutes after pickup time. This charge will be automatically charged to your account.
  • Extended hours end at 5:15pm for Spring Break and Summer Camps. 
  • There are no extended after camp hours for Pro-D Day camps. All campers must be picked up by 3:30pm. 
• Extended hours do not include instructional time on the floor. Campers must stay upstairs. Games, colouring, and reading will be provided for entertainment. 

Camp Activity Policy

• Outings/special activities are sometimes included in the day of camp.
• If the activity is happening off site, participants will walk or take city transit to the activity.
  • No refunds will be given based on transportation to activities.
  • 12+ hours notice can be switched to a different day based on availability. 
• Outings are subjected to change based on the schedule. 
  • No refunds will be given should an outing be cancelled.
  • 12+ hours notice can be switched to a different day based on availability. 
• Should an outing be cancelled, another activity will take its place.
  • No refunds will be given should an outing be missed.
  • No refunds will be given should the child arrive unprepared for the outing of the day.
• We ask that parents do not attend outings.
• We ask parents do not pick up or drop off during outings unless previously discussed and planned with the camp director. Notice must be given 24 hours in advance.
