GUIDELINES & RULES

• Photo(s) entered must be taken in Fair Oaks, CA and feature a Fair Oaks landmark, park, community event, class/program, business, etc. Photos taken outside of Fair Oaks will not be considered.  Photos must be submitted as a .jpg or .png, and may be edited.
• Photos must be family friendly and may not contain any explicit content, drugs/alcohol, unsafe actions, etc. or anything that does not support the mission and values of the FORPD.
• If your submission has people in the photo, such photo(s) should not include any person(s) that are unable to provide consent to use of them in the photograph (i.e. people in background who's faces can be seen).
• Your submission is not guaranteed a spot in the bracket.  Should FORPD receive more photos than the bracket allows, submissions will be selected by staff.  You may submit multiple photos, however only one from each submission will be chosen.
• By submitting your photo(s), you certify that the photo you submitted belongs to and was taken by you, the submitter.  The District will not consider photos that contain other people's watermarks or belongs to another person.  
• The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District reserves the right to deny any photo submission.
• By submitting your photo(s), you and anyone in the image consent to the Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District displaying both the photo, it's title, and your name in the Fair Oaks Photo Madness Bracket on their website and social media, and photos submitted may be used for future marketing purposes.
