Incomplete and/or late forms will not be processed or accepted.

Please note:

ACRO Coaches are required to be at minimum Competition 1 Acro Trained or Competition 2 Artistic Certified (MAG or WAG). A coach without the required certification must submit an exemption request.

TUM Coaches who are Competition 3 Artistic Certified (MAG or WAG) must submit an exemption request.
