Orca 2026 Withdrawal Request Form

All withdrawals must be submitted using this form.

Until January 15th, refunds will be issued less $10 withdrawal fee.
From January 16th to March 1st, refunds will be issued less $25 withdrawal fee.
From March 2nd, refunds will only be issued with medical notes submitted with a refund request, less $50 withdrawal fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or withdrawals on-site.
Athletes who qualify to Westerns 2026 can be withdrawn without penalty.
