Rental Agreement

WHERE: Ring 3, Equestrian Facility, Birds Hill Park.
WHEN: Mondays – Thursdays – evenings starting at 4:30pm between May and October
COST: $100/evening - 1-10 horses OR $10/horse - more than 10 horses

Enjoy a group ride in the sand ring while enjoying the beauty of Birds Hill Park. Whether it’s a guided practice with your coach/trainer or just a fun social ride with friends, the MHC Equestrian Facility offers a safe riding experience for any age or ability (minors must be supervised).

Each rider must provide a current MHC membership number and a signed waiver: Adult Waiver and Youth Waiver .

ASTM- approved riding helmets and proper footwear required.
Riders are responsible for picking up any manure in the ring and leaving the parking lot clean of trailer debris (hay, shavings, manure, garbage). A muck bucket and fork will be provided.
MHC reserves the right to refuse future bookings
if riders do not clean up after their ride.
Completed forms must be submitted 24 hours in advance (i.e. on or before 4:30pm the day before you wish to ride)
Access is to parking lot, designated ring, and washrooms.
No barn use.
No jumping.
