CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
According to consumer protection law, the termination of a contract can be done within a period equal to one-tenth of the subscription duration, and the merchant is entitled to require at most one-tenth of the total value of the subscription including administrative fees. The relevant articles regarding this policy can be found between articles 197 and 205 of the Consumer Protection Act.
THE SPORTHÈQUE
Annual Membership (12 months)
The cancellation of the annual subscription can be done within a period equal to one-tenth of the subscription duration which is 36.5 days. We are entitled to require at most one-tenth of the total value of the subscription including administrative fees.
After this period, a penalty of 3 months will be required for canceling the subscription and must be paid on the same day as the cancellation.
Short-Term Subscription (11 months or less)
- Subscription less than 3 months: Within 48 hours from the date of subscription, we refund 90% of the amount paid excluding administrative fees;
- Subscription for 3 months: Within 10 days from the date of subscription, we refund 90% of the amount paid excluding administrative fees;
- Subscription more than 3 months: Within 20 days from the date of subscription, we refund 90% of the amount paid excluding administrative fees.
No refunds will be issued after this period.
