Provincial Team Registration Form 2026/27

Provincial team athletes must belong to an MFA club and pay their annual club, MFA, and CFF licensing fees. Fees for all PT programs may be prorated if the athlete enters mid-season. By completing this form, you are agreeing to the terms of the 2026/27 MFA Athlete Contract.

Program Selection

Please review the Athlete Program Requirements prior to selection.

Novice - $900 (1-2 training sessions/week, 2 training camps, no lessons)
Squad - $1,200 (2 training sessions/week, 1 strength training/week, 4 weekend training camps, no lessons)
Para Fencing - $250 (1 training session/week, weekend training camps as designated by the provincial coach, 1 summer training camp, 10 private lessons)
Intermediate - $1,800 (3 training sessions/week, 1 strength training/week, summer and all weekend training camps, 10 private lessons)
Youth High Performance - $2,400 - 13 years of age and under (4 training sessions/week, 1 strength training/week, all weekend camps, 20 private lessons)
High Performance - $2,400 (5 training sessions/week, 1 strength training/week, summer and weekend camps, 20 private lessons)
Out-of-Province - $1,250 (training camps + coaching at competitions, no lessons)
Sparring Partner - $600

Payment Options

Participants may choose from the following payment plans, with all payments to be completed between October 15 and March 15.

Full Payment (due Oct 15)

Two Payments (50% due Oct 15 and remaining balance due Jan 15)

Four Payments (Oct 15, Dec 1, Feb 1 & March 15 installments)

Payment Method

Payments are to be made by e-transfer to fencing@sportmanitoba.ca. An invoice will be issued before each payment is due.

Please include your invoice number in the e-transfer message for tracking purposes.

Athlete Contract

This contract is intended to provide a framework for an agreement between the athlete and the Manitoba Fencing Association Provincial Team.

Upon accepting this contract, the athlete agrees to the commitments and requirements as outlined in the Athlete Contract.

Failure to comply with the program requirements may restult in a breach of this contract.
