Eligibility Criteria & Conditions for Nomination

To be eligible to be nominated, elected or appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of GymBC, a nominee must:

1.Be at least 18-years of age;

2.Not be an employee of Gymnastics BC;

3.Not have been found by any court, in Canada or elsewhere, to be incapable of managing their own affairs;

4.Not be an undischarged bankrupt;

5.Not have been convicted of a prescribed offence within the prescribed period, for which no pardon has been granted;

6.Agree to fulfill the requirements and responsibilities of their position and abide by the Societies Act, the Society’s Bylaws and all related policies.
