Enjoy a reception-style evening with a three-course sit-down meal, live entertainment, and a celebration of the gymnastics community. Each ticket includes dinner and one (1) drink ticket.

6:00 PM — Doors Open; Social hour in the foyer with appetizers
6:45 PM — Find your seat! Ballroom opens
7:00 PM — Opening Live Entertainment
7:15 PM — Welcome + Dinner + Awards Presentations
9:30 PM — Event Concludes + 50/50 and Raffle Draw

The Awards & Scholarships Celebration Event is open to everyone. We invite you to bring your family and friends to help us celebrate the gymnastics community in BC.

One drink ticket will be included with each ticket. Alcoholic beverages will be available for those 19+ and mocktails will be available for minors.

RSVP Deadline: 11:59 p.m. on September 13, 2026.

Please note: there will be no refunds on tickets and tickets will not be available at the door. Pre-purchasing is the only way to guarantee entry.
