WAFL Equipment Agreement

Complete the WAFL Equipment Agreement before requesting an equipment loan. Please note that cross country ski equipment loans to rural Yukon are prioritized.

Before making a request, confirm that your group/community is eligible and can agree to the terms of the loan.

ELIGIBILITY

Your request is for a school, organization, First Nation, or community group who:

1. is located in the Yukon Territory, 
2. is a current RPAY Affiliate Member, and
3. has liability insurance coverage and 

Affiliate memberships are purchased by a person authorized on behalf of your school, organization, First Nation, or community group. Please ask this person for your Affiliate Membership Number. 

AGREEMENT

The person who reads, submits and electronically signs this request must be an authorized representative of the eligible school, organization, First Nation, or community group. This person and the organization are the “Borrower”.

The Borrower's electronic signature indicates agreement to the conditions of equipment use, storage and return and to the terms set out below. Within this Agreement, the Borrower will be asked to sign an Insurance Confirmation statement and a Promissory Note.
