Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability – Yalla Chess

I understand that participation in Yalla Chess involves group activities and may take place in classrooms, community centers, or other public venues. While chess is a non-contact activity, certain risks may still exist, including but not limited to slips, falls, minor accidents, or other unforeseen incidents that may occur while attending or participating in the program.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any and all risks of personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my child’s participation in Yalla Chess activities.

In consideration of participation in Yalla Chess, I hereby release and hold harmless Yalla Kids Asc., its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, coaches, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising from or related to any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the program.

I confirm that the participant is able to safely take part in the program and that I have disclosed any relevant medical or behavioral conditions to Yalla Kids Asc. I also understand that Yalla Kids Asc. is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Yalla Kids Asc. staff to arrange for medical treatment and accept full responsibility for any related costs.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.

Photo/Video Consent

I give permission for Yalla to take and use photos/videos of my child for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes (e.g., website, social media, print).
