Women's Field Lacrosse; Pre-Season Development Camp


Registration Options (please read for details)

Athletes may register using either a Full-Time Pass or a Flex Pass, depending on availability and training goals.

The program is organized into two-week training blocks.
Within each block, there are four total sessions offered, covering four different specialty areas (for example: Attack, Midfield, Defense, and Film).

Pass Options

Full-Time Pass
The Full-Time Pass allows athletes to attend all four specialized sessions within each two-week block. This option is recommended for athletes seeking consistent, high-volume training and maximum exposure.

Flex Pass
The Flex Pass allows athletes to attend any two sessions per two-week block. This option is ideal for athletes balancing school, club, or other sport commitments while still training in a high-performance environment.

Training Environment & Expectations

Each session is capped at a maximum of 12 athletes on the floor at one time, with a minimum of two coaches present.

Training sessions are:
• Fast-paced and high-repetition
• High-intensity and demanding
• Designed to reflect the pace and standards of elite field lacrosse
• Focused on decision-making, skill execution, and game-speed learning

This is not a light or introductory program. Athletes should arrive prepared to train at pace.


Session Selection & Booking Process

Once your athlete is registered, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to select specific session dates and times.

Session selection is completed separately from initial registration and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

How It Works

• Athletes may register for sessions up to the limit of their pass
  – Full-Time Pass: up to 4 sessions per block (2 per week) for a total of 20 sessions
  – Flex Pass: up to 2 sessions per block (approx. 1 per week) for a total of 10 sessions
• Sessions have limited capacity and will fill quickly
• Selection is based on date and time, not position or experience
• Once a session is full, it will no longer be available
