Registration Options (please read for details)
Athletes may register using either a Full-Time Pass or a Flex Pass, depending on availability and training goals.
The program is organized into two-week training blocks.
Within each block, there are eight total sessions offered, covering four different specialty areas (for example: Attack, Midfield, Defense, and Film).
Pass Options
Full-Time Pass
The Full-Time Pass allows athletes to attend all four specialized sessions within each two-week block. This option is recommended for athletes seeking consistent, high-volume training and maximum exposure.
Flex Pass
The Flex Pass allows athletes to attend any two sessions per two-week block. This option is ideal for athletes balancing school, club, or other sport commitments while still training in a high-performance environment.
Training Environment & Expectations
Each session is capped at a maximum of 12 athletes on the floor at one time, with a minimum of two coaches present.
Training sessions are:
• Fast-paced and high-repetition
• High-intensity and demanding
• Designed to reflect the pace and standards of elite field lacrosse
• Focused on decision-making, skill execution, and game-speed learning
This is not a light or introductory program. Athletes should arrive prepared to train at pace.
