1.1 Access to the courts is reserved for tennis players only;
1.2 You must present your Sporthèque membership card at reception before going to the tennis courts;
1.3 You must use respectful language on the tennis courts and within the Sporthèque premises. Any vulgar, aggressive, intimidating, or disrespectful language is not tolerated and may result in expulsion without refund.

1.6 The courts and equipment must be used with care. Aggressive use of rackets, balls, or any other equipment used violently or that endangers other users will not be tolerated;
1.7 Wearing indoor sports shoes is mandatory. Only non-marking sports shoes are allowed on the tennis courts as well as in the tennis corridor;
1.8 Boots, outdoor shoes, and coats must be placed in one of the available changing rooms;
1.9 Food is prohibited except for water bottles;
1.10 Sports attire is mandatory (T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, pants, skirts). Playing shirtless is prohibited;
1.11 The time allocated on the court starts and ends with the sound of a bell.
1.12 Balls must be collected and you must be leaving the court at the sound of the end-of-period bell.
1.13 Users must respect allocated playing times. After the allotted time (15 minutes if court availability allows), users will have to pay for an additional hour of rental at current rates;
1.14 Members of Sporthèque can enjoy a 10% discount at Sporthèque's shop.
