PAYMENT:
- 50% is due at time of booking ($250).
- 50% is due one week before the event ($249)
- 12 attendees (including the Birthday Girl / Boy) are included in the party package. Each addition child is $20. Attendee numbers must be confirmed and extra fees must be paid one week prior to the party date.
REFUNDS:
Deposits are fully refundable if the party is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled party date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the party will result in forfeiture of the deposit. After the remaining balance is paid in full (7 days prior to the scheduled party date), refunds are no longer issued.
PARTY SCHEDULE:
15 minutes - guests arrive
45 minutes - dance class & choreo
30 minutes - pizza & cake
15 minutes - performance preparation
10 minutes - performance for parents
ACCESS: The studio will be open for you to set up 30 minutes prior to the party start time.
OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK & DÉCOR: Additional free-standing decorations are allowed; however, fixtures cannot be taped or nailed to the walls. Outside nut-free food, drinks, and snacks are permitted.
DROP-OFF, PICK-UP, & SIGN-IN PROCESS: Guests’ parents/guardians may drop off their kids at the party start time and return to watch the dance performance 10 minutes prior to the end of the party. Party guests must be picked up by the same parent or guardian who brought them. For safety, parents or guardians must sign in their children at drop-off and sign them out at pick up.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER: All guests, including the Birthday Girl / Boy must sign an Aria Dance Academy Release of Liability Waiver before attending the party. A QR code with a link to our form is included in the email we will send. If parents do not agree to the waiver prior to the party, they may do so at drop-off.
