This program is designed for children aged 0-4 years and their caregivers or parents. It is an opportunity to spend time in the forest together with an experienced forest educator. It will usually include a story, a song, a walk, and lots of free play. Weather dependent, part of the time may be spent indoors. Parents, grandparents and childcare providers welcome!

This is a half-day introductory program to Forest School, geared to younger learners. If your child is not quite ready for a full day of Forest School, this program is for them! Language, numeracy, gross and fine motor, socialization, self regulation, and so much more will be developed as we play and learn together in nature’s classroom. This program can act as a supplement to the the regular schooling or homeschooling, or provide school readiness for those who have not yet started formal schooling. This child care program is not licensed by the Government of Ontario.
