Sport Manitoba - Thanks Coach Nomination Form

The Thanks Coach! award pays tribute to those coaches who go above and beyond in the development of their athletes.

Please tell us why you think your coach should receive a "Thanks Coach" award. Awards will be presented to coaches during the Games and will be named to the Sport Manitoba Coaching "Thanks Coach" Honour Roll featured on our website and may be profiled by Sport Manitoba's media partners.

The coach must have completed all required screening and training requirements to be eligible.

Deadline for Nominations:

Phase 1 - Tuesday, March 3 @ 8 p.m.

Phase 2 - Friday, March 6 @ 6 p.m.
