Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Royal Wave Learning Inc.’s Multi‑Sport Summer Camp involves physical activity, including basketball, badminton, soccer, conditioning, and general athletic training. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks of injury.

By registering, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation and release Royal Wave Learning Inc., its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence.

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. I authorize staff to provide basic first aid and to seek emergency medical care if needed, with all related costs being my responsibility.

I understand that Royal Wave Learning Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

By completing this registration, I agree to the terms above.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Session Count Guarantee We guarantee 28 weekend sessions and 30 weekday sessions. Our schedule includes more than 28 weekend and more than 30 weekday sessions to accommodate any last‑minute gym‑availability changes from the school district.

2. Notice Requirement Cancellations must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the program start date.

3. Processing Fee All approved refunds include a $29.95 processing fee.

4. Attended Sessions Any sessions attended before cancellation will be charged at our standard rates:

$28 / 1 hour (+ tax)

$41 / 1.5 hours (+ tax)

$52 / 2 hours (+ tax)

5. Refund Calculation Refunds are issued to the original payment method and calculated as: Total Paid – Attended Session Fees – $29.95 Fee = Refund Amount

6. No‑Show Policy No refunds, credits, or make‑up sessions for missed sessions, absences, or late arrivals without prior written notice.

7. Medical / Illness Exception For cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice, a doctor’s note is required. Approved medical cancellations receive a pro‑rated refund, account credit, or session coverage, minus the processing fee.

Video & Social Media Consent 

I give permission for Royal Wave Learning Inc. to take photos and videos of my child during camp activities. I understand that these images may be used for program documentation, social media, and promotional materials.

I acknowledge that no names or personal information will be shared without additional consent. If I do not wish for my child to appear in photos or videos, I will indicate this in the registration form.
