Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Royal Wave Learning Inc.’s Multi‑Sport Summer Camp involves physical activity, including basketball, badminton, soccer, conditioning, and general athletic training. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks of injury.

By registering, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation and release Royal Wave Learning Inc., its coaches, staff, and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence.

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate and that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. I authorize staff to provide basic first aid and to seek emergency medical care if needed, with all related costs being my responsibility.

I understand that Royal Wave Learning Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

By completing this registration, I agree to the terms above.

Cancellation Policy 

• Notice Requirement: A minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to the start date is required for all cancellations.
• ​Processing Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a $29.95 processing fee.
• ​Attended Sessions Rate: Any sessions already attended prior to cancellation will be charged at our standard single-session rates:
  • ​$28.00 / hour (+ tax)
  • $41.00/ 1.5 hour( + tax)
  • ​$52.00 / 2 hours (+ tax)
• ​Refund Method: Refunds will be calculated after deducting the cost of attended sessions and the processing fee, and will be issued back to the original method of payment.
• ​No-Show Policy:​
  • No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed sessions, absences, or late arrivals without prior written notice.

Medical / Illness Exception:

Cancellation requests made less than 2 weeks in advance due to medical reasons require a valid doctor's note. Approved medical cancellations will receive a pro-rated refund or account credit, minus the processing fee.

Video & Social Media Consent 

I give permission for Royal Wave Learning Inc. to take photos and videos of my child during camp activities. I understand that these images may be used for program documentation, social media, and promotional materials.

I acknowledge that no names or personal information will be shared without additional consent. If I do not wish for my child to appear in photos or videos, I will indicate this in the registration form.
