STATEMENT OF ADMISSIONS

In the event of an accident, incident of injury in or around your area of responsibility:

Do not openly speculate at what may have contributed to the accident, incident or injury.
Do not talk with anyone, even the injured party as to what you think brought on the accident, incident or injury.
You are not to diagnose injuries, admit fault, guilt or any liability for incident or accident. This directive pertains only to admission statements to people outside the Park District. “at this time we are conducting a full investigation. Once the investigation is complete we will inform the public.”
When the Park District staff or representatives investigate incidents or accidents, you are required to tell all facts and thoughts you have regarding any incident or accidents. The goal of the statement of admissions is to protect our patrons, our staff and the Park District. I have read and fully understand this Statement of Admissions.
