The 13 en forme program offers 3 types of training: Cross Training, Power Circuit, and Booty Boost. It is possible to participate in one, two, three, or four classes per week.

  • Cross Training with David
    • Thurdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
    • Fridays from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Power Circuit with Vasso
    • Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • *NEW* Booty Boost Workshop with Vasso
    • Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
    • Mondays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
