All GymBC Member Clubs that wish to take part in the Board of Directors elections at the AGM are required to complete the form below.

To be registered as an Authorized Voting Delegate, a completed form my be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022. Late submissions may not be considered.
