Please provide "Final" Race Results within 48 hours of your event. Results will be posted to the MCA website here: https://mbcycling.ca/event-archive/

SINGLE-EVENT DAY PERMITS

Single Event Day permits are permitted for non-member participation for time trials, gravel, mountain bike, and cyclocross only. Day permits are not permitted for road racing/criteriums. Day permits do not provide the participant sport accident insurance.

Post Event:

Provide a Zone 4, or excel document first name, last name, age, $ amount, & email. MCA requires this reporting for insurance purposes and will issue a follow-up invoice to the club for payment
In accordance with MCA policy, payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date.

RACE LEVIES

Road/Gravel $2.00 per registrant

MTB $2.00 per registrant

CX $7.00 per registrant

Post Event:

Please provide a Zone 4 or Excel report listing first name, last name of all registrants
Once received, MCA will issue a Race Levy Invoice.
In accordance with MCA policy, payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date.
