***PLEASE NOTE IF THIS FORM IS NOT RETURNED WITH PAYMENT BY THE DEADLINE YOUR TEAM WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN PROVINCIALS.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The cost of the 2025-26 Provincials will be $800.00.

The full registration fee will be non-refundable.

Payment must be received by December 15th for this registration to be valid.

Cheques should be made out to Ringette Manitoba. Etransfers should be sent to etransfer@ringettemanitoba.ca. Cheques can be post dated to Feb 1^st.

Teams will be seeded in alphabetical order in a round robin format for the A division. AA will be run as a best of three series.

In a round robin format, the first-place team from the league will receive an automatic ‘one point’ advantage entering the Provincial.
